基于“五经配伍”从五气论治神经性耳鸣

摘　　要：“针五经,调五脏”源于湖湘针推五经配伍学术流派,是其重要的理论思想之一。本文在“针经治脏”理论的指导下,结合脏腑辨证、五行生克制化理论对耳鸣的病因病机进行探讨,独辟蹊径从风火湿燥寒五气辨治耳鸣。采用针刺、艾灸等中医特定的治疗手段,针对性地刺激本经及与本经相关的其他四经的穴位,综合调节脏腑的阴阳平衡,从而养窍调神,聪耳止鸣,为临床治疗耳鸣提供新的思路。“Needling the five Channels and regulating the five organs”is one of the important classical medical concepts originating from the Huxiang Five Classics Compatibility Academic School.In this article,it discussed the theory of“needling the Channel to treat the viscera”,this expressed the method of performing acupuncture on the meridian of the associated and affected organ in order to treat tinnitus.In addition,the five element theory organ differentiation and the five element transformational and relationship cycles are adopted for paired meridian and acupuncture point selection.Also,ridding external pathogenic causative factors(wind,fire,dampness,cold,and/or dryness)was also included as part of the overall treatment.This is a unique and classical approach for looking at the etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus and its treatment.Through the application of acupuncture and moxibustion,or other specific forms of traditional Chinese medical treatments,targeted acupuncture points along the affected Channel are stimulated,as well as acupuncture points along any of the other four Channels that may be affected(according to five element theory)in order to comprehensively adjust the balance of Yin and Yang of the affected organs,nourish the orifices,regulate the mind,clear the ears and stop tinnitus.This classical system of acupuncture theory and its treatment methods provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of tinnitus.
