摘 要:目的:研究玛卡复方提取物对小鼠抗疲劳的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白组、玛卡复方提取物低、中、高剂量组(玛卡复方提取物0.25、0.50、1.00 g/kg),全部小鼠连续灌胃30 d。在给药的最后一天灌胃30 min后,测试小鼠负重游泳时间以及血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原、肌糖原水平以评价小鼠疲劳状态;对小鼠的肝脏和肾脏组织进行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,评价玛卡复方提取物对小鼠主要代谢器官的影响。结果:与空白组比较,玛卡复方提取物各剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间延长(P<0.05),其中中剂量小鼠表现得最明显;玛卡复方提取物各剂量组小鼠运动后血乳酸和血清尿素氮水平下降(P<0.01),高剂量组小鼠肝、肌糖原水平升高(P<0.05)。组织学观察发现持续用药后小鼠的肝肾两部位的组织正常。结论:玛卡复方提取物不损伤小鼠的肝肾组织且对游泳力竭小鼠具有抗疲劳作用。Objective:To study the effect of maca compound extract on alleviating physical fatigue of mice.Methods:The mice were given low-dose(0.25 g/kg),middle-dose(0.50 g/kg),and high-dose(1.00 g/kg)compound prescriptions for 30 days by continuous intragastric administration.After the last administration for 30 minutes,the weight-bearing swimming time,serum urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured to evaluate the fatigue state of mice.Using the hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining method to perform pathological examination on liver and kidney tissues to determine the effect of the compound on liver and kidney tissues.Results:The weight-bearing swimming time of the each dose group of maca compound extract group was significantly prolonged than that of the blank group(P<0.05),the middle dose of mice had the most obvious effect;after the swimming exercise,the blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen levels of mice in the each dose group of maca compound extract group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.01).Compared with the blank group,the levelof liver glycogen and muscle glycogen on the high dose group was increased significantly(P<0.05).The observation of pathological tissue found that the compound prescription had no damage to the liver and kidney tissues the blank group and the medical group.Conclusion:Maca compound does not damage the liver and kidney tissue of mice and has anti-fatigue effect on exhausted swimming mice.
