摘　　要：目的:调查四川省凉山彝族自治州普格县中药栽培、市场流通及应用现状,综合分析存在的问题,针对性提出解决建议,为凉山州中医药事业发展提供科学参考。方法:实地走访结合问卷调查当地政府管理部门及药贩、药商、医院、诊所、药店及民间医生、中药材种植基地等。结果:(1)普格县栽培药材10余种,栽培面积近3000亩;(2)普格县尚未形成专门的药材集散市场,药贩和药材收购商主要经营收购当地自产野生药材,但规模小,分布零散。(3)全县仅普格县人民医院、普格县中彝医院及近10%药店在经营中药饮片。中成药销售及应用较为广泛,占医院药房及药店药品品种比例平均为43%。结论:普格县的中药栽培、市场流通及应用现状反映了凉山州大多数基层地区的中医药发展基本情况。该县中药栽培产业发展潜力大,但目前中药市场不活跃,中药应用有待开发,应因地制宜开发和利用当地中医药资源。Objective:Through investigating the current situation of the cultivation,market circulation and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Puge County,analyzing the problems and puting forward suggestions,to provide reference for the future development of traditional Chinese medicine in Puge County.Methods:Through visiting relevant government departments,drug dealers and medicinal herbs purchasers,pharmacy,clinics and hospitals,and visiting folk doctors in the field to investigate the cultivation of Chinese medicine,the market circulation of Chinese medicinal materials,the application situation of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional folk medicine.Results:(1)According to the survey,it was found that there were more than 10 kinds of cultivated medicinal materials in Puge County,and the cultivated area could reach 3000 mu.(2)There is no dedicated medicinal market in Puge County.Drug vendors and herbal medicine buyers which mainly sale wild medicinal materials are small and dispersed.(3)Chinese patent medicines are widely used in drugstores,accounting for 43%of the total drugs.But only People’s Hospital of Puge County and 10%of the pharmacy stores operate Chinese herbal medicine pieces.Conclusion:The status of TCM cultivation,market and application in Puge County reflects the foundamental state of the TCM development in many basic areas of Liangshan Prefecture.The development potential of TCM cultivation industry in this county is great,but at present,the market of TCM is not active,and the application of TCM needs to be developed.
