摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种数字多用表标准装置的建标方案和不确定度来源分析及评定。建标方案部分主要介绍了标准装置的组成、工作原理及环境条件要求;不确定度评定部分主要介绍了测量方法、数学模型、具体评定过程及其验证方法。This paper mainly introduces the standard establishment scheme of a digital multimeter standard device and the analysis and evaluation of uncertainty sources.The part of standard establishment scheme mainly introduces the composition,working principle and environmental condition requirements of the standard device;the part of uncertainty evaluation mainly introduces the measurement method,mathematical model,specific evaluation process and its verification method.
