摘 要:为研究超声滚压过程中静压力对铍铜合金表面完整性的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜、触针式粗糙度测试仪、洛氏硬度计、X射线衍射分析仪和金相显微镜等仪器对超声滚压前后试样的表面形貌、粗糙度、表面硬度、残余应力和微观组织结构进行测量分析。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,静压力与表面粗糙度呈现非线性关系,随着静压力的增大,表面粗糙度先减小后增大,静压力为0.2 MPa~0.4 MPa时能获得较好的表面质量;超声滚压过程中产生的塑性应变引起材料表面的加工硬化和晶粒细化是硬度提高的主要原因,处理试样的表面硬度可以达到43.3 HRC,相较于未处理试样提高了18.6%;超声滚压的处理可以使材料表面的残余拉应力转变为残余压应力,对于提高材料的表面力学性能具有重要意义。To study the effect of static pressure on the surface integrity of beryllium copper alloy during the ultrasonic rolling process,scanning electron microscope,stylus roughness tester,rockwell hardness tester,X-ray diffraction analyzer and metallographic microscope were used to measure and analyze the surface morphology,roughness,surface hardness,residual stress and microstructure of the before and after ultrasonic rolling specimens.The results indicate that the static pressure and the surface roughness show a nonlinear relationship in the range of test parameters.With the increase of static pressure,the surface roughness decreases first and then increases.Moreover,we can obtain better surface quality when the static pressure is 0.2 MPa~0.4 MPa.Work hardening and grain refinement of the material surface caused by the plastic strain generated during the ultrasonic rolling process are the main reasons for the increase in hardness.The surface hardness of the treated specimen can reach 43.3 HRC,which is 18.6%higher than that of the untreated specimen.The ultrasonic rolling treatment can transform the residual tensile stress on the surface of the material into residual compressive stress,which is of great significance for improving the surface mechanical properties of the material.
