摘 要:在对常规科技学术期刊编校流程进行总结归纳的基础上,运用流程合并拆分优化的思想,以《现代电子技术》的编辑校对流程为例,通过对常规流程进行合并拆分后获得更为优化的编校流程结构。将该编校流程应用于《现代电子技术》的实践表明,该优化流程操作简单、方便,使编校以及排版人员的工作量大幅减少,提高了工作效率,同时也显著提高了期刊质量,可以很好地应用在编辑校对人员的实际工作中。On the basis of summarizing the routine editing and proofreading process of sci-tech academic journals, this paper takes the editing and proofreading process of Modern Electronics Technique as an example to obtain a more optimized editing and proofreading process. The practice of applying this process to Modern Electronics Technique shows that the optimized process is simple and convenient, which greatly reduces the workload of editing, proofreading and typesetting staff,improves the work efficiency and significantly improves the quality of the journal, and it can be well applied to the actual work of editing and proofreading staff.
