摘　　要：在介绍车辆检修单位关键设备管理研究背景的基础上,本文阐述了车辆检修单位探伤设备管理需求,详细讨论了系统架构与硬件布置以及主要功能模块设计,提出了采用物联网技术进行探伤设备的远程监控管理思路及实现方法,为车辆检修单位关键设备的使用与管理探索新的模式。On the basis of introducing the research background of key equipments management in vehicle maintenance units,this paper expounds the management requirements of flaw detection equipments in vehicle maintenance units, discusses in detail the system architecture, hardware layout and main functional module design, and proposes the idea and implementation method of remote monitoring and management of flaw detection equipments by using Internet of things technology, so as to explore a new mode for the use and management of key equipments in vehicle maintenance units.
