摘 要:目的:分析TBL教学法在神经病学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取的教学对象为某医学院本科临床医学专业2017年9月至2018年1月期间开设神经病学课程教学的200名大学生,以“组内异质、组间同质”的方式进行随机分组,分为试验组(n=100,TBL教学模式)和对照组(n=100,LBL教学模式),比较其教学结束后的考核成绩以及对各自教学模式的满意度。结果:试验组教学后的理论考试分数和实践操作技能分数均明显高于对照组,学生对教学模式的总满意率也明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经病学教学中,TBL教学法具有良好的应用效果,有利于提高教学效果以及满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of TBL teaching method in neurology teaching.Methods:A total of200 college students majored in clinical medicine in a medical college who studied neurology course from Sep 2017 to Jan2018 were selected as teaching objects.According to heterogeneity within and homogeneity between groups,students were divided into the experimental group(n=100,TBL teaching mode)and the control group(n=100,LBL teaching mode).The examination scores and satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Result:After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and students′total satisfaction rate of the teaching mode in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TBL teaching method has good application effect in neurology teaching,which is beneficial to improve teaching effect and satisfaction.
