摘　　要：目的:了解脑卒中病人出院后康复锻炼依从性的影响因素,为制订针对性的康复锻炼干预提供参考依据。方法:运用现象学研究法,目的性选取14例脑卒中偏瘫病人进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学分析法分析原始资料。结果:脑卒中偏瘫病人出院后康复锻炼依从性影响因素可归纳为认知因素、心理因素、自我效能因素、社会支持因素。结论:脑卒中病人出院后康复锻炼依从性受多种因素影响,医护人员应依据病人的困境寻找有效方法帮助病人提高出院后康复锻炼依从性,应结合社区、养老机构制订多学科协作式的康复方案。Objective:To understand the influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients after discharge and to provide references for formulating targeted rehabilitation exercise intervention.Methods:Using phenomenological research method,a total of 14 stroke patients with hemiplegia were purposefully selected for semi-structured interviews and in-depth interviews.Colaizzi′s phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze the original data.Results:The influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients with hemiplegia after discharge could be summarized into four themes:cognitive factors;psychological factors;self-efficacy factors;social support factors.Conclusions:The compliance of rehabilitation exercise of stroke patients after discharge is affected by many factors.Medical staff should find effective ways to help patients improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise after discharge according to the plight of patients.A multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation program should be formulated in combination with community and old-age care institutions.
