虎符铜砭刮痧配合无饥饿禁食疗法治疗肥胖型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察虎符铜砭刮痧配合中医无饥饿禁食疗法治疗对肥胖型非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:将88例肥胖型NAFLD患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予中医无饥饿禁食疗法,每周一个阶段,4周一个疗程;观察组在对照组的基础上予虎符铜砭刮痧治疗,10 d一次,每次40 min,共3次。比较两组治疗前后肝脏脂肪检测、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、身体质量指数的变化情况。结果:(1)治疗后两组患者肝脏脂肪检测、身体质量指数、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、三酰甘油、总胆固醇均显著下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖均无显著改善(P>0.05);(2)观察组中医临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧配合中医无饥饿禁食疗法能够改善肥胖型NAFLD患者的临床症状,减轻体质量,改善肝脏脂肪变性程度,降低患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Hufu Tongbian(虎符铜砭)scraping combined with hunger-free fasting therapy on obese NAFLD.Methods:A total of 88 patients with obese NAFLD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given TCM fasting therapy without hunger,one stage as a week,four weeks as a course of treatment;the observation group was given the Hufu Tongbian scraping therapy on the basis of the control group,once every 10 days,and 40 minutes each time,a total of three times.The changes of liver fat determination value,Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glucose(GLU),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and body mass index(BMI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:①After treatment,liver fat determination value,BMI,ALT,AST,TG and TC in the two groups were significantly decreased,and in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).FBG in the two groups showed no significant improvement(P>0.05).②The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than tha t in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Hufu Tongbian scraping with TCM hunger-free fasting therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of obese NAFLD patients,reduce weight,ameliorate the degree of liver steatosis,and reduce the serum ALT,AST,TG,TC levels of patients.
