摘　　要：目的:观察“亚甲炎贴”局部外敷联合美洛昔康治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例亚急性甲状腺炎患者分为两组,观察组60例,对照组30例,两组均维持口服美洛昔康,观察组加用外敷“亚甲炎贴”治疗,两组连续治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后的红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、体温、甲状腺功能、甲状腺肿大程度,并比较疼痛缓解程度及其疗效,统计不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗后红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、血清游离甲状腺素与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.01);观察组在降低红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白,缓解疼痛程度,改善甲状腺肿大程度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在改善甲状腺功能及不良反应发生率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美洛昔康联合“亚甲炎贴”外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎能够有效降低炎症水平、缓解疼痛程度及改善甲状腺肿大,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of“subaeute thyroiditis paste”local external application plus meloxicam on subacute thyroiditis.Methods:A total of 90 cases were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were given oral administration of meloxicam,and the observation group was additionally treated by“subaeute thyroiditis paste”local external application.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,serum free triiodothyronine,serum free thyroxine in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The observation group was better than the control group in reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,relieving pain,and ameliorating goitre degree(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in ameliorating thyroid function and adverse reactions(P>0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meloxicam plus“subaeute thyroiditis paste”local external application can effectively reduce inflammation,relieve pain,and ameliorate goitre,it is worthy of popularization and application.
