益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1-12月泉州市中医院冠心病心绞痛患者100例,按随机数字表法分为西医组和中医组各50例,西医组予以氯吡格雷治疗,中医组在西医组基础上予以益气补血化瘀汤治疗。对比两组疗效、安全性和治疗前后中医证候(心悸气短、胸闷胸痛)积分、血液流变学各项指标(血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原)的水平。结果:中医组总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组心悸气短、胸闷胸痛积分均降低,且中医组较西医组低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均降低,且中医组较西医组低(P<0.05);中医组腹泻、头痛、面部潮红发生率与西医组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛可提高疗效,缓解临床症状,改善血液流变学各项指标的水平,且具有安全性。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction(益气补血化瘀汤)on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the Western medicine group(50 cases)and the TCM group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The Western medicine group was treated with clopidogrel,and the TCM group was treated with the Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the TCM group was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness and chest pain in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and in the TCM group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and in the TCM group was lower than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,headache and facial flushing between the TCM group and the Western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction on coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve the curative effect,relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood rheology,and is safe.
