云南老年艾滋病患者偏颇体质的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析云南老年艾滋病患者中医偏颇体质的相关因素,为更好地对老年艾滋病患者进行体质调理,提升其体质健康水平提供相关依据。方法:对704例单纯随机抽样的老年艾滋病患者进行问卷调查,判定中医体质类型,结合患者人口学特征、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平、接受高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗(Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy,HAART)时长等因素,分析偏颇体质的影响因素。结果:对老年艾滋病患者而言,感染途径(P<0.01)与接受HAART治疗时长(P<0.05)均为出现偏颇体质的相关因素,感染原因不明、接受HAART治疗时间较长的患者出现偏颇体质的机会更大。结论:老年艾滋病患者偏颇体质的分布与其感染途径、接受HAART治疗的时长有一定相关性,在针对艾滋病本身的治疗之外,中医药治疗也可以此为切入点对患者进行体质调理,以提高整体疗效。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of partial constitution of elderly acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients in Yunnan Province in order to provide the related basis for physical conditioning and physical health condition improvement of elderly AIDS patients.Methods:The questionnaire survey was made on 704 elderly AIDS patients,and their TCM constitutional types were judged.Combined with the demographic characteristics of patients,the CD4+T lymphocyte count level,duration of HAART treatment and other factors,the influencing factors of partial constitutions of the patients were analyzed.Results:For elderly AIDS patients,the route of infection(P<0.01)and duration of HAART treatment(P<0.05)both were related factors of partial constitutions.Patient with unknown reason for infection and longer duration of HAART treatment had a greater opportunity of showing a partial constitution.Conclusion:The distribution of partial constitution of elderly AIDS patients is certainly related to the infection route and duration of HAART treatment.In addition to the treatment for AIDS,TCM treatment can also be used as an entry point for physical conditioning of the patient to improve the overall effect.
