摘　　要：目的:探讨止血保胎饮配合黄体酮注射对先兆流产患者生殖内分泌激素指标的影响。方法:选取临沂市中心医院2019年6月-2020年5月收治的88例先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(44例,采用黄体酮注射治疗)和观察组(44例,在对照组的基础上加用止血保胎饮治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组激素指标均高于对照组、中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:对先兆流产患者采用止血保胎饮配合黄体酮注射治疗效果确切,能有效降低临床症状,改善子宫内膜容受性。Objective:To explore the effects of Zhixue Baotai Yin(止血保胎饮)plus progesterone injection on reproductive endocrine hormone indicators in threatened abortion patient.Methods:A total of 88 cases from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(with 44 cases,took progesterone injection)and the observation group(with 44 cases,took progesterone injection plus Zhixue Baotai Yin)by the random number table method.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone indicators in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating threatened abortion with Zhixue Baotai Yin plus progesterone injection gains a definite therapeutic effect,it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve endometrial receptivity.
