探究腹泻型肠易激综合征从脾论治之机理

摘　　要：肠易激综合征是一组以腹泻为主要症状的临床综合征,病程长,症状易反复,现代医学缺乏行之有效的治疗方法。文章立足于中医治疗方式,基于从脾论治的观点,通过翻阅文献资料并结合现代医学研究,对腹泻型肠易激综合征病理病机进行探究,发现脾虚湿盛为本病的病理关键所在,故在治疗中,以健脾祛湿为基本法则,配以疏肝、温肾之法,以期诸脏同生共济,机体健旺,从根本上改善患者的症状。Diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is a group of clinical syndromes with diarrhea as the main symptom.The course of disease is long,the symptoms are easy to repeat.In modern medicine,there is no effective treatment method.Based on the theory of treating disease from the aspect of spleen,the pathology and pathogenesis of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome are discussed by reviewing the literature and combining with modern medical research.In the treatment,the basic principle of strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness is combined with the method of soothing liver and warming kidney.It is hoped that the viscera will be in harmony,the body will be healthy and vigorous,and the symptoms of the patients will be fundamentally improved.
