分析电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析在肺癌患者诊断中应用电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物的应用价值。方法纳入2019年1月—2020年12月曹县人民医院收治的40例肺癌患者(观察组)和同期40名健康体检者(参照组)为研究对象,所有受检者均需要接受电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物,分析两组受检者的血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)(19.25±4.23)ng/mL、癌胚抗原(CEA)(5.62±2.48)ng/mL、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)(6.32±2.54)ng/mL、糖类抗原125(CA125)(46.28±11.62)U/mL、细胞角蛋白19的可溶性片段(CYFRA21-1)(11.35±4.21)ng/mL等血清标志物水平比参照组NSE(6.42±2.54)ng/mL、CEA(1.05±0.28)ng/mL、SCCAg(1.18±0.32)ng/mL、CA125(13.47±5.35)U/mL、CYFRA21-1(1.80±0.52)ng/mL更高,差异有统计学意义(t=16.446、11.581、12.698、16.221、14.238,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肺癌患者的NSE、CEA、SCCAg、CA125、CYFRA21-1等血清标志物水平相比于治疗前更低,差异有统计学意义(t=25.169、13.315、8.771、36.329、18.974,P<0.05)。结论在肺癌患者的诊断中应用电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物可明确患者病情严重程度,敏感度较高。Objective To analyze the application value of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay for detecting serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer patients.Methods 40 patients with lung cancer(observation group)and 40 healthy people(reference group)admitted to Caoxian people's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included as the research objects.All subjects were required to receive electrochemiluminescence immunoanalyzer to detect serum tumor markers,and analyze the serum tumor marker levels of the two groups of subjects.Results For the observation group,neuron-specific enolase(NSE)(19.25±4.23)ng/mL,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)(5.62±2.48)ng/mL,squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg)(6.32±2.54)ng/mL,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)(46.28±11.62)U/mL,soluble fragment of cytokeratin 19(CYFRA21-1)(11.35±4.21)ng/mL and other serum marker levels,were all higher than NSE(6.42±2.54)ng/mL,CEA(1.05±0.28)ng/mL,SCCAg(1.18±0.32)ng/mL,CA125(13.47±5.35)U/mL,CYFRA21-1(1.80±0.52)ng/mL in the reference group;and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.446,11.581,12.698,16.221,14.238,P<0.05).After active symptomatic treatment of lung cancer patients,the se⁃rum levels of NSE,CEA,SCCAg,CA125,CYFRA21-1 and other serum markers were lower than those before treat⁃ment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=25.169,13.315,8.771,36.329,18.974,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum tumor markers by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in the diagnosis of lung cancer pa⁃tients can determine the severity of the patient's disease,with high sensitivity,which is worthy of promotion.
