村镇社区发展潜力评价体系构建研究

摘　　要：村镇社区发展潜力评价指标体系是综合评价村镇社区发展程度和潜力的重要依据。文章利用德尔菲法和层次分析法选取地理区位、社会与经济、自然与生态和人居环境等4个一级指标,经济区位等39个二级指标,构成基于乡村振兴战略的评价指标体系。利用YAHHP软件计算权重,得到评价模型公式及潜力等级划分方法,并基于对肇源县9个村镇社区的调研与分析初步验证了指标体系的合理性。系统化、定性定量结合的评价体系可以为分类推进乡村振兴战略实施提供科学指导。The evaluation index system for the development potential of village and town communities is an important basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the development degree and potential of village and town communities.,This paper adopts Delphi and AHP methods to select four primary indicators,such as geographical location,society and economy,nature and ecology and human settlements,and 39 secondary indicators,such as economic location,to form an evaluation index system based on the Rural Revitalisation Strategy.The yahhp software was used to calculate the weight and obtain the evaluation model formula and potential grade classification.Through the investigation of villages and towns in Zhaoyuan County,the rationality of the index system was preliminarily verified,providing scientific guidance for promoting the implementation of Rural Revitalisation Strategy by classification.
