公共图书馆社会化运营管理案例研究——以临平图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着公共文化事业发展和公共文化服务体系建设的深入,社会力量参与公共图书馆社会化运营管理逐渐成为发展热点和焦点。文章通过文献分析,并考察临平智慧图书馆整体社会运营模式实践,对公共图书馆社会化运营管理进行了探讨。社会力量参与公共图书馆发展有积极方面的影响,但也面临着发展难点和痛点,文章由此提出建议和对策,以期为公共图书馆的社会化运营探索一条科学的、可持续的发展之路。With the development of public cultural undertakings and the deeply building of the construction of public cultural service system,the participation of social forces in the socialized operation and management of public libraries has gradually become the focus of public library developments.Through literature analysis and the case practice of the social operation mode of Linping Smart Library,this paper got discussion on the socialized operation and management of public library.The participation of social forces in the development of public libraries has some positive impact,but it also faced some difficulties and pains that need to be solved.As a result,this paper presented the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures by this subject and also explored the sustainable and scientific development road of socialized operation in public libraries.
