摘　　要：木薯渣是木薯加工后的副产品,营养成分丰富,价格低廉,多应用于反刍动物。其高粗纤维、低蛋白质和低脂肪的特性限制了其在猪上的使用。随着猪价低迷,豆粕、玉米等原料价格上涨。生产商迫切地寻找提高生产效率和降低成本的饲料原料替代品。木薯渣走进了养猪人的视野。文章将对木薯渣的营养价值,在生长肥育猪饲粮中的有关研究进行综述,以期为其在饲料中的广泛利用提供参考。Cassava residue was by-product in the processing of cassava,which nutrients were abundant.It was cheap and widely used in ruminants.The high crude fiber content,low protein and crude fat content limited its use in pig.With the pig price continued to fall and the price of soybean meal,corn and other raw materials continued to rise,producers must look for alternatives to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Cassava residue come into the sight of pig farmers.This paper would summarize the nutritional value of cassava residue and its research in the diet of growing-finishing pigs,in order to provide reference for its wide utilization in feed.
