摘　　要：墩柱及盖梁主要作用是支撑桥梁桥跨结构,并将恒载和车辆行车等荷载传到基础的下部承重物,是桥梁下部结构工程中是重要的组成部分。常规桥梁上部结构采用装配拼装的方案,下部结构多采用现浇墩身。广佛大桥桥梁结构新颖,在匝道桥及引桥下部结构的墩柱、盖梁间采用了预制+灌浆连接的技术,通过铺设确保高强无裂缝收缩型砂浆垫层+灌浆套筒技术来进行无缝连接,采用工厂生产预制、机械化运输及现场安装施工;具有如下优点:构件生产效率高,施工成本低、质量可靠、周期短等。Pier columns and cap beams are mainly used to support bridge span structures and transmit loads such as dead load and vehicle driving to the lower load-bearing parts of the foundation.It is an important part of bridge lower structure engineering.Conventional bridge upper structure is assembled and assembled,and cast-in-place pier body is used for lower structure.The bridge structure of Guangfo Bridge is novel.The prefabricated and grouting connection technology is used between the piers and cap beams of the ramp bridge and the lower structure of the approach bridge.It provides seamless connections by laying high-strength non-shrinkage mortar cushion and grouting sleeve technology.It uses factory production prefabrication,mechanized transportation and on-site installation and construction.It has the advantages of high production efficiency,low construction cost,reliable quality and short cycle.
