摘　　要：随着近几年“一带一路”沿线国家间国际合作的不断加强,作为重要交通基础设施的国外工程,尤其是国外铁路工程不断地在各个国家及地区的顺利推进,国外项目的设备物资进出口管理显得越来越重要,因涉及到不同国家之间进出口法律法规及海关要求不同,国外项目设备物资的进出口管理专业性要求较高,是区别于国内常规设备物资管理模式下,额外增加的一项不可或缺的重要工作。对此,以中老铁路(老挝段)为例,详细介绍了国外工程中设备物资进出口管理的重要性及管理方法,旨在加强和提高国外项目设备物资管理水平。With the continuous strengthening of international cooperation between countries along the"One BeltOne Road"in recent years,foreign projects as important transportation infrastructure,especially foreign railway projects,have been pushed forward smoothly in various countries and regions.The import and export management of equipment and materials in foreign projects is becoming more and more important.Due to the different import and export laws,regulations and customs requirements between different countries,the professional requirements of import and export management of foreign project equipment and materials are quite high.It is an indispensable additional important work which is different from the domestic conventional equipment material management mode.This paper takes China-Laos Railway Project(Laos Section)as an example to introduce the importance and management methods of import and export management of equipment and materials in foreign projects in detail,aiming at strengthening and improving the management level of equipment and materials in foreign projects.
