摘  要:文章首先通过调研分析用户需求,得出用户需求权重,建立黑箱模型得出该产品设计的重点。然后利用FAST功能树确立多关节主被动训练仪的功能主从关系,得到多关节主被动训练仪的设计要素矩阵,进而生成符合用户需求的产品概念设计方案,提升产品的实用性。以期将FAST理论应用于多关节主被动训练仪设计中,根据需求梳理产品功能,将功能整合出的设计要素进行产品方案创新,验证FAST理论方法在多关节主被动训练产品设计研发中的可行性。Through investigation and analysis of user needs,the weight of user needs is obtained,and the black box model is established to obtain the design focus of the product.The fast function tree is used to establish the master-slave relationship of the function of the multi joint active and passive trainer,obtain the design element matrix of the multi joint active and passive trainer,and then generate the product conceptual design scheme that meets the needs of users to improve the usability of the product.Apply fast theory to the design of multi joint active and passive training instrument,sort out the product functions according to the needs,integrate the functions into the design elements for product scheme innovation,and verify the feasibility of fast theory and method in the design and development of multi joint active and passive training products.
