高校图书馆馆配商服务质量提升的策略研究——以湖北省10所高校图书馆为例

摘　　要：为了提升高校图书馆馆配商的服务质量,本文对湖北省10所高校图书馆2019—2021年馆配商服务满意度进行了问卷调查,并结合问卷调查的结果对馆配商服务存在的不足进行半结构化访谈。文章总结出当前馆配服务中存在的普遍问题,收集了高校图书馆对馆配服务升级的需求,提出增强合作意识,加强信息互联互通,创新采购服务模式,加强技术服务能力四个方面的质量提升策略,为现阶段提升馆配商服务质量提供借鉴。In order to improve the service quality of library vendors in university libraries,this article conductes a questionnaire survey on the service satisfaction of library vendors in 10 university libraries from 2019 to 2021 in Hubei Province.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey some semi-structured interviews had been conducted on the problems existing in the service of the library vendors.This paper summarizes the general problems existing in the service of the library vendors at present,collects the needs of university libraries for the upgrading of library vendors services,then proposes four quality improvement strategies,including enhancing cooperation consciousness,strengthening information interconnection,innovating procurement service mode and strengthening technical service capability,to provide reference for improving the service quality of library vendors at the present stage.
