摘　　要：统一战线是中国共产党的重要法宝。2020年12月21日中共中央颁布的《中国共产党统一战线工作条例》通过党内法规的方式将中国共产党百年来统一战线工作中的历史经验、优良传统,特别是党的十八大以来习近平总书记关于加强和改进统一战线工作的重要思想固定下来,使新时代统一战线工作有规可依。《条例》作为统一战线工作领域的基础主干党内法规,具有清晰的法治逻辑、明确的理论引领和坚定的实践指向,是新时代统一战线工作的基本准则和根本遵循。The united front is a vital key for the Communist Party of China.On Dec.21st,2020,the CPC Central Committee issued Regulations on united front work of Communist Party of China,in which the CPC’s centennial historical experience and fine tradition of the united front work,especially the important thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening and improving the united front work since the 18th CPC National Congress,were confirmed in the form of internal party regulations.The Party’s united front work in the new era has regulations to follow.Regulations on united front work of Communist Party of China,as the essential core internal party regulations in the field of the united front work,has become the basic norm to obey in the united front work in the new era for its clear logic of the rule of law,specific guidance of theory and strong practice directivity.
