摘　　要：目的 研究人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)艾滋病(acquired immune-deficiency syndrome, AIDS)合并新型隐球菌性脑膜炎(cryptococcal men-ingitis, CM)患者白介素-10(IL-10)与T淋巴细胞亚群、病毒载量及主要生化指标的相关性。方法 选择2019年1月—2020年9月南宁市第四人民医院收治的40例单纯HIV/AIDS感染者(A组),40例HIV/AIDS合并结核感染者(B组),40例HIV/AIDS合并CM感染者(C组),40例CM感染者(D组),分析IL-10与T淋巴细胞亚群、病毒载量及生化指标的关系。结果 C组血浆及脑脊液IL-10与其他3组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑脊液中,C组LDH(30.41±24.65)U/L,低于B组(62.44±55.59)U/L、D组(63.14±54.91)U/L,C组ADA(2.29±1.62)U/L高于A组(1.28±1.13)U/L,C组TP低于B、D组,C组GIU、CL^(-)、WBC低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液中,C组WBC(5.69±2.65)×10^(9)/L,低于D组(10.93±8.51)×10^(9)/L,C组CD3^(+)低于A组,CD4^(+)低于A、D组,CD8^(+)低于A组,高于D组,C组GIU(5.40±1.13)mmol/L低于D组(6.49±1.38)mmol/L,C组ADA高于A、D组,HIV-RNA高于A组,C组IgA高于A、D组,IgG低于B组,高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液中,4组IL-10与各指标无相关性(P>0.05)。脑脊液中,C组IL-10与WBC、ADA、TP呈正相关(r=0.549、0.364、0.373,P<0.05);B组IL-10与LDH、ADA呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-10在HIV/AIDS合并CM感染的发病机制中具有重要意义,与T淋巴细胞亚群、病毒载量及主要生化指标存在一定关联,可成为疾病诊断、疗效及预后评估中主要指标。Objective To study the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)AIDS(acquired immune-deficiency syndrome,AIDS)combined with cryptococcal meningitis(CM)Correlations with T lymphocyte subsets,viral load and major biochemical markers.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,40 cases of HIV/AIDS alone(group A),40 cases of HIV/AIDS combined with tuberculosis infection(group B),and 40 cases of HIV/AIDS combined with CM infection(group C),40 cases of CM infection(group D)in the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanning City were selected.The relationship between IL-10 and T lymphocyte subsets,viral load and biochemical indexes was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in IL-10 in plasma and cere⁃brospinal fluid between group C and the other three groups(P>0.05).In the cerebrospinal fluid,LDH(30.41±24.65)U/L in group C was lower than(62.44±55.59)U/L in group B,(63.14±54.91)U/L in group D,the ADA(2.29±1.62)U/L in group group C was higher than A(1.28±1.13)U/L,TP lower than group B,D,GIU,CL-,WBC lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In blood,WBC was(5.69±2.65)×10^(9)/L in group C,lower than that in group D(10.93±8.51)×10^(9)/L,CD3+was lower than group A,CD4+was lower than group A and D,CD8+was lower than group A,higher than group D,GIU(5.40±1.13)mmol/L lower than group D(6.49±1.38)mmol/L.ADA was higher than group A and D,HIV-RNA was higher than group A,IgA was higher than group A and D,IgG was lower than group B,but higher than group D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In blood,there was no correla⁃tion between IL-10 and each index in the four groups(P>0.05).In cerebrospinal fluid,IL-10 in group C was posi⁃tively correlated with WBC,ADA and TP(r=0.549,0.364,0.373,P<0.05).IL-10 in group B was positively correlated with LDH and ADA(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-10 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS compli⁃cated with CM infection.It has a certain correlation with T lymphocyte subsets,viral loa
