硅胶管双路置入法在泪小管断裂吻合术中的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 分析泪小管断裂吻合术治疗中采用硅胶管双路置入法的价值。方法 目的选取2015年6月—2021年1月入山东省新泰市人民医院实施泪小管断裂吻合术治疗的198例患者中的112例进行回顾性研究,遵循治疗方案差异行以分组,对照组(56例)展开硬膜外麻醉导管单路置入法,观察组(56例)展开硅胶管双路置入法,对比两组临床疗效、并发症、美观度。结果 观察组的总疗效率为96.43%高于对照组(80.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.049,P<0.05);观察组的泪小点豁裂和/或泪小管撕裂、角膜上皮损伤、支撑管意外脱落并发症均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美观度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在泪小管断裂吻合术治疗中采用硅胶管双路置入法可确保临床疗效及安全性,且满足患者对美观度的要求。Objective To analyze the value of two-way placement of silicone tube in the treatment of lacrimal canaliculus rupture and anastomosis.Methods From June 2015 to January 2021, 112 of 198 patients who were admitted to Xintai People’s Hospital of Shandong Province for lacrimal canalicular rupture and anastomosis were objectively selected for retrospective study. The patients were divided into groups according to the differences in treatment plans.The control group(56 cases) performed epidural anesthesia catheter single-channel implantation, and the observation group(56 cases) performed silicone tube dual-channel implantation. The clinical efficacy, complication rate and aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results The total curative effect rate of the observation group was96.43% higher than that of the control group(80.35%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.049, P<0.05). Epithelial injury and accidental falling off of support tube were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the aesthetics of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lacrimal canaliculus rupture and anastomosis, the use of two-way implantation of silicone tubes can ensure clinical efficacy and safety, and can meet the requirements of patients for aesthetics.
