盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效。方法 以曹县人民医院皮肤科2019年11月—2021年11月期间收治的92例皮炎湿疹患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分组。对照组(n=46)接受盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组(n=46)联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而观察组的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的不良反应发生率6.52%显著低于对照组26.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.452,P<0.05)。结论 盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹患者的效果更为显著,相较单一西药治疗而言不良反应也相对更少,对减少皮炎湿疹的复发有重要意义。Objective To analyze the efficacy of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods A total of 92 patients with dermatitis and eczema admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Caoxian People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November2021 were selected as the research objects. The samples were grouped by treatment. The control group(n=46)received levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group received the combined treatment with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules. The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment toal effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 6.52% was significantly lower than that in the control group 26.09%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.452, P<0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules have more significant effects in the treatment of patients with dermatitis and eczema. Compared with single western medicine treatment, the adverse reactions are relatively less, and it is also of great significance to reduce the recurrence of dermatitis and eczema.
