摘　　要：目的:观察长针透刺埋线对痰湿体质肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗和氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选择符合入组条件的痰湿体质肥胖患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组给予饮食、起居、情志、运动等健康调养指导,治疗组在对照组基础上进行长针透刺埋线治疗。治疗前后分别检测其痰湿质转化分、身体质量指数、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA Insulin Resistance Index,HOMA-IR)、总抗氧化能力(Total Antioxidative Capacity,T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)。结果:长针透刺埋线能有效改善痰湿体质和胰岛素抵抗,增强机体T-AOC、SOD活性,从而增强机体抗氧化能力,且治疗组的改善程度均优于对照组。结论:长针透刺埋线法对于痰湿体质肥胖可能是通过改善机体抗氧化能力及胰岛素抵抗达到治疗效果的。Objective: To observe the effects of long needle penetration catgut embedding on insulin resistance and oxidative stress indexes of obese patients with phlegm-damp constitution. Methods: A total of 60 cases met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given instructions on diet, daily life, emotions, exercise and other health care, and the treatment group additionally received long needle penetration catgut embedding. Results: Long needle penetration catgut embedding can effectively ameliorate phlegm-dampness constitution and insulin resistance, enhance the body’s T-AOC and SOD activities, thereby enhancing the body’s antioxidant capacity, and the amelioration degree in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Long needle penetration catgut embedding method on phlegm-dampness constitution obesity may achieve the therapeutic effect by ameliorating the body’s antioxidant capacity and insulin resistance.
