2型糖尿病患者气阴两虚证与肠道菌群的关联性研究

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是由体内胰岛素分泌不足或人体不能有效利用胰岛素而出现的一种代谢性疾病,以血中葡萄糖水平慢性增高为特征。近年来,受肥胖、高血压和不良生活方式等危险因素的影响,我国糖尿病患病率也随之上升,其中90%以上为2型糖尿病,并以气阴两虚型2型糖尿病居多。文章通过分析气阴两虚证2型糖尿病与肠道菌群等因素的相关性,探讨气阴两虚型2型糖尿病形成的可能性机制,为临床预防和治疗糖尿病提供参考。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease caused by insufficient insulin secretion in the body or the inability of the body to use insulin effectively.It is characterized by a chronic increase in blood glucose levels.In recent years,affected by risk factors such as obesity,high blood pressure and unhealthy lifestyle,the prevalence of diabetes in our country has also increased,of which more than 90%are type 2 diabetes mellitus,and most of them are type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi-yin deficiency(气阴两虚).In this paper,by analyzing the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Qi-yin deficiency syndrome and intestinal flora and other factors,the possible mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Qi-yin deficiency syndrome was explored to provide more reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of diabetes.
