梁冰从肝肾治疗绝经前后诸证经验

摘　　要：绝经前后诸证是女性在绝经前后特有的一系列身心不适症状的总称,西医治疗不良反应较大,中医药治疗具有安全、有效的特点。文章总结了梁冰主任治疗绝经前后诸证的临证经验。梁冰主任认为肾虚为致病之本,与肝关系密切,治疗上以补肾、养肝疏肝为法,肝肾同治,身心共治,疗效确切。Menopause syndrome is a general term of unique physical and mental discomfort symptoms of women before and after menopause. Western medicine shows more adverse reactions in the treatment of menopause syndrome, while TCM medicine is safe and effective. In this paper, Director LIANG Bing’s clinical experience in treating menopausal syndrome was summarized by the author.Director LIANG Bing believes that kidney deficiency is the root cause of the disease and it is closely related to liver. The treatment is based on nourishing the kidney, and soothing and nourishing the liver. In clinic, treating the liver and kidney unusual function to recuperate physical health and mental health simultaneously gains definite curative effects.
