摘　　要：文章主要介绍汪元主任治疗干燥综合征的经验。汪主任认为干燥综合征是以气阴两虚为本,痰瘀痹阻为标。气阴两虚主要是脾阴虚与脾气虚,脾气亏虚则津液失于运化,脾阴不足而生内热,内灼阴津,病程日久,痰瘀痹阻,脉络不通,均能致津液失于输布,不能上承头面清窍,脏腑筋脉失于滋养,而致发病。治疗上注重益脾气,养脾阴,培土生金。Director WANG Yuan’s experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome is introduced here.Director WANG Yuan believes that Sjogren’s syndrome is based on deficiency of both Qi(气)and Yin(阴),with phlegm and blood stasis as superficial symptoms.Deficiency of both Qi and Yin is mainly caused by Yin-deficiency and Qi-deficiency of spleen.Qi-deficiency of spleen leads to its dysfunction of transporting and transforming body fluid.Yin-deficiency of spleen leads to internal heat,which burns body fluid.With the prolongation of course of the disease,phlegm and blood stasis are intertwined,and the veins are blocked,all of which can cause body fluid to not be normally distributed to the seven orifices in the head,so that the internal organs,tendons and veins are deprived of nourishment,resulting in the disease.The treatment focuses on cultivating Yin of spleen to nourish lung.
