摘　　要：目的统计分析2015—2021年中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的文献,研究其组方及用药规律。方法从中国知网、万方、维普数据库收集2015—2021年中医治疗子宫内膜异位症的245篇文献,经筛选后剩下符合纳入标准的112篇文献,采用EXCEL 2007软件分析其中药处方,分别统计药物的四气、五味、归经、使用频次、药物配对情况。结果用药频率较高的中药有丹参、莪术、当归、桃仁、赤芍、延胡索等。温、平、寒为主要四气分布;苦、甘、辛为主要五味分布;归经主要分布于肝、脾、心经。结论行气活血化瘀药为中医治子宫内膜异位症的主要药物,行气活血化瘀法为主要治法。Objective To statistically analyze the literature of Chinese materia medica on endometriosis from 2015 to 2021,and to investigate its prescription and medication regularity.Methods A total of 245 pieces of literature about Traditional Chinese Medicine on endometriosis from 2015 to 2021 were collected from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.After screening,112 prescriptions of Chinese materia medica met the inclusion criteria were analyzed by EXCEL 2007 software.And the four-qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,frequency of use and couplet medicines were counted respectively.Results Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,curcumae rhizoma,angelicae sinensis radix,persicae semen,paeoniae radix rubra,corydalis rhizoma and so on were included in the Chinese materia medica with highly frequent use.Temperature,calmness and coldness were the main four-qi distribution of drugs.Bitter,sweet and pungent were the main five flavors distribution of drugs.Meridian tropism was mainly distributed in liver,spleen and heart meridian.Conclusion Drugs for promoting qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the main drugs on endometriosis,and the method of promoting qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the main treatment.
