滨湖地区的多维景观服务价值与发展战略——以苏州盛泽湖南岸地区为例

摘　　要：滨湖地区是城市发展的重要生态与景观资源,充分发挥其多维度的景观服务属性与价值以实现城湖共荣,是城市发展面临的关键问题之一。在深度剖析滨湖地区特征的基础上,提出滨湖地区景观服务的多维价值体系,包括生态安全的发展支撑维度、环境品质的发展吸引维度和功能业态的发展导向维度。进而从上述3个维度出发,综合运用多源大数据,对苏州盛泽湖南岸地区进行了研究,提出了雨洪管控的底线、“珠链景观”的特色和城湖共荣的布局等发展策略,并对滨湖地区发展的管控进行了探讨。The lakeside area is an essential ecological and landscape resource for urban development.It is one of the key issues of urban development to capitalize on the multi-dimensional landscape service attributes and values of the lakeside area to realize the co-prosperity of lake and urban area.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the lakeside area,this research proposes a multi-dimensional value system of the landscape service of the lakeside area,including the value support dimension of ecological safety,the value attraction dimension of environmental quality and the value orientation dimension of functional format.From the three dimensions,the research studies the south shore area of Suzhou Shengze Lake by comprehensively utilizing multi-source big data.On this basis,it puts forward relevant development strategies such as the bottom line of rainfall and flood control,the characteristic of“pearl-necklace landscape”and the layout of the coprosperity of lake and urban area,and discusses the management and control over the development of the lakeside area.
