摘  要:以葡萄为试材,采用生物信息学分析和实时荧光定量PCR方法,研究了VvLBD28基因的特征、组织表达模式及干旱、盐和温度胁迫对VvLBD28表达情况的影响,以期为研究该基因参与的胁迫响应过程提供参考依据。结果表明:葡萄VvLBD28包含Leu拉链模块,属于第一类LBD基因亚家族,与苹果、水蜜桃以及模式植物拟南芥和烟草等的LBD蛋白均有较高的同源性;VvLBD28在葡萄茎中的表达量最高,稍高于叶片中,在根中的表达量最低;盐处理和39℃高温处理后,VvLBD28的表达量变化不明显,而干旱和低温4℃均能使VvLBD28的表达量明显下调。Taking grape as test material, the characteristics of VvLBD28 gene, tissue expression pattern and the effects of drought, salt and temperature stress on VvLBD28 expression were studied by bioinformatics analysis and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,in order to provide reference for the study of the stress response process involved in this gene.The results showed that VvLBD28 contained complete leu zipper, belonging to Class I subfamily, highly homologous and high similarity with apple, peach, Arabidopsis and tobacco LBD genes.qRT-PCR analysis showed that the expression level of VvLBD28 was the highest in stem, slightly higher than that in leaf, and the lowest in root of grape.The expression level of VvLBD28 did not change significantly under salt stress and 39 ℃,but decreased significantly under mannitol and 4 ℃,which means VvLBD28 was down-regulated by drought and cold stresses.
