摘　　要：首先,基于数据资源体系建设的核心能力目标,通过分析业界数据治理实践,提出了军事领域业务流全价值链的数据治理体系总体架构和组织职责;然后,针对数据架构与资源建设、治理流程规范及治理平台工具等重点内容,描述了领域数据治理的主要实践方法。Firstly,based on the core capability aim of data resource system construction,and through the analysis of industry data governance practice,data governance system architecture for overall value chain of business flows in military domain and organizational responsibilities are proposed.Then,aimed at its major content including data architecture&resource construction,governance process specification and integration control platform for governance are described,main practice methods are expounded.
