中国特色发展软环境研究30年——基于1992—2020年CNKI文献的CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：具有中国特色的软环境研究一直契合中国经济社会的发展,支撑着我国的地区建设和产业发展。本文使用CiteSpace软件对来源于中国知网发表于1992—2020年间以软环境为主题的824篇核心期刊文献进行可视化分析,对软件的使用有所创新:在梳理文献的基础上结合年发文数量、关键词频次、关键词突现信息将我国“软环境”研究划分为三个阶段,再分别对三个阶段进行关键词共现与聚类,展示了我国软环境研究的历史进程。我国的软环境建设经历了“软环境建设呼吁”—“软环境理论构建”—“软环境理论运用”三个阶段,再结合时代背景可以划分为:投资与开发视角下的软环境建设(1992—2003)、软环境理论与应用的共同发展(2004—2012)、时代背景下的软环境研究(2013—2020)。通过发展历程的梳理,可知未来的软环境研究应当加强学者、机构之间的跨学科合作以深化理论体系,结合全面深化改革和百年未有之大变局的时代背景并注重政府对软环境建设的要求,同时,应当注意到软环境与营商环境之间一脉相承的关系。Research into the soft environment with Chinese characteristics has been consistent with the development of China’s economy and society, supporting China’s regional construction and industrial development.In this paper, the CiteSpace, with some innovations on its use, is adopted to conduct the visualization analysis of 824 soft-environment-themed literatures from core CNKI journals from 1992 to 2020. Along with the literature review, research into soft environment in China is divided into three stages in terms of the number of published papers, the frequency of keywords and the emergent information of keywords. Furthermore, keyword co-occurrence and clustering are respectively carried out for the three stages, which show the historical process of research into soft environment in China. China’s soft environment construction has experienced three stages of "calling for soft environment construction", "theoretical construction of soft environment" and "theoretical application of soft environment". Combined with the historical background, these three stages can be divided into the soft environment construction from the perspective of investment and development(1992-2003), the joint development of soft environment theory and application(2004-2012), the research and theoretical system of soft environment under the background of contemporary times(20132020). Through the analysis of development process, it is predicated that future research into soft environment should strengthen the interdisciplinary cooperation between scholars and institutions to deepen the theoretical system. Meantime, along with the comprehensive deepening of reform and the unprecedented changes unseen in a century,great importance should be attached to the government’s requirements for soft environment construction, as well as the successive relationship between the soft environment and the business environment.
