清解降糖方联合利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病(阴虚热盛证)体质量、血脂及脂肪的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨清解降糖方与利拉鲁肽联合治疗2型糖尿病(阴虚热盛证)对患者的体质量、血脂及脂肪的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年7月入北京中医医院顺义医院内科的79例2型糖尿病(阴虚热盛证)患者,随机分为两组,对照组39例给予利拉鲁肽治疗;研究组40例给予清解降糖方联合利拉鲁肽等治疗模式。比较两组治疗2型糖尿病的疗效,对体质量、血糖、血脂及脂肪的影响。结果:研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前体质量、身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、腰围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的体质量、BMI和腰围均明显低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后体质量、BMI和腰围均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均明显低于治疗前,且研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High Density Lipoprotein,HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(Low Density Lipoprotein,LDL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的TG和LDL均显著降低,而HDL均显著升高,且研究组治疗后TG和LDL均低于对照组,而HDL高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用联合疗法治疗2型糖尿病可有效降低患者的体质量、血糖水平与血脂等,有利于患者康复,建议临床推广使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingjie jiangtang recipe(清解降糖方)plus lialulutide on body weight,blood lipid and fat in patients with type 2 diabetes[the Yinxu Resheng syndrome(阴虚热盛证)].Methods:From April 2018 to July 2020,79 patients with type 2 diabetes(the Yinxu Resheng syndrome)in the internal medicine department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.39 patients in the control group were given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and cupping therapy.40 patients in the study group were treated with Qingjie jiangtang recipe plus lialulutide.The effects of treatment on body weight,blood glucose,blood lipid and fat were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight,BMI and waist circumference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The body weight,BMI and waist circumference in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TG,HDL and LDL between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TG and LDL were decreased significantly,while HDL was increased significantly.TG and LDL in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy for type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce the weight,blood glucose level and blood lipids of patients,and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.It is recommended for
