“从脾胃论治”类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察“从脾胃论治”类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例符合入选条件的类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组30例予来氟米特加服健脾丸,对照组30例予来氟米特治疗,治疗3个月后,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、疾病活动度指数及类风湿因子、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率等炎症指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疾病活动度指数积分、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者类风湿因子的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:“从脾胃论治”类风湿关节炎疗效显著,能够明显改善患者的临床症状和炎症指标,对类风湿关节炎有积极的治疗作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effects of treating disease spleen and stomach on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(30 cases)took leflunomide routinely plus Jianpi pills(健脾丸)while the control group(30 cases)took only leflunomide routinely.After 3 months treatment,changes of TCM syndrome scores,the disease activity index,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,and blood sedimentation of the two groups were compared.Results:The general effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disease activity index,CRP and blood sedimentation in both two groups were decreased compared with those before the treatment(P<0.01).Result in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the rheumatoid factors between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating rheumatoid arthritis from the aspects of spleen and stomach shows obvious effect and can significantly decrease the patients'clinical symptoms and inflammatory index.It is an effective treatment method for rheumatoid arthritis,and worthy of wide clinical application.
