摘　　要：功能性便秘是一种常见的心身疾病,其治疗困难,病情容易反复。中医认为,它并不是一种独立的疾病,而是人体脏腑气机失调的一种表现。目前便秘的病机学说较为复杂,难以有效地指导临床中医的治疗,可抓住“胃气不降”这个基本的病机遣方立法降胃气以实现标本兼治。Constipation is a common psychosomatic disease,which is difficult to treat and easy to repeat.TCM believes that it is not an independent disease,but a manifestation of the imbalance of the viscera and Qi(气).The pathogenesis of constipation is complicated at present,and it is difficult to effectively guide the clinical treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.The basic pathogenesis of"Stomach Qi fails to descend"should be emphasized to descend stomach Qi so as to address both symptoms and root causes in treating functional constipation.
