清热生津益气方代茶饮对鼻咽癌放射性口咽反应的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热生津益气方代茶饮对鼻咽癌放射性口咽反应的临床疗效。方法:将临沂市中心医院放疗科鼻咽癌住院患者40例随机分为两组,分别为中药治疗组和对照组,每组20例,中药治疗组用自拟清热生津益气方;对照组用西药复合剂。所有患者均从第1周末开始观察、用药,直至放疗结束。结果:在放疗的不同阶段,中药治疗组和对照组3~4级急性放射性口咽反应发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清热生津益气方能够有效降低3~4度急性放射性口咽的反应发生率,明显延长3~4度急性放射性口咽反应的出现时间,保证放疗顺利进行。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Shengjin Yiqi prescription(清热生津益气方)substituting for tea on radiation oropharyngeal reaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the Radiotherapy Department of Linyi central hospital were randomly divided into two groups,namely the TCM treatment group and the control group,with 20 people in each group.The TCM treatment group was treated with self-made Qingre Shengjin Yiqi prescription.The control group was only treated with Western medicine compound.All patients were observed and treated from the end of the first week to the end of the sixth week of radiotherapy.Results:during the periods of radiotherapy.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qingre Shengjin Yiqi prescription can effectively reduce the incidence of 3-4 degrees acute radiation oropharyngeal reaction,significantly postpone the occurrence time of 3-4 degrees acute radiation oropharyngeal reaction,and ensure the smooth progress of radiotherapy.
