摘　　要：王教授从事临床工作40余载,擅用经方和后世医家之效方治疗肿瘤相关疾病,在黄芪的使用上,剂量大亦是一个十分重要的特色。且在合方入药中,通常黄芪作为君药来发挥作用,凸显黄芪的重要,紧扣黄芪“补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌”的功效。文章旨在介绍王晞星教授运用大剂量黄芪治疗肿瘤并发症的经验,以供临床参考。WANG has been engaged in clinical work for more than 40 years.He is good at treating tumor-related diseases with classical prescriptions and effective prescriptions of later doctors.In the use of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),large dose is also a very important feature.And it for medicine,usually as the sovereign drug to play a role,highlights the importance of Huangqi,stick to the effect of“benefiting-Qi(气)and elevating Yang(阳),consolidating exterior for arresting sweating,inducing diuresis for removing edema,nourish body fluid and blood,move stagnation and clear arthralgia,drao toxin pus,regenerating tissue to heal wond”.The article aims to introduce WANG Xixing using large dose of Huangqi experience in the therapy of tumor complications for reference.
