摘　　要：胃癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,裴正学教授认为胃癌患者虽症状各异,但究其病机不外乎本虚标实,正虚邪盛。以“西医诊断,中医辨证”为诊断模式,赋予辨证论治动态的属性,真正做到“病证结合,刻轴兼顾”;以“围点打援”为指导思想,以“扶正祛邪”为治疗原则,活用“健脾补肾”“活血化瘀”“清热解毒”“化痰祛湿”等法以期标本兼治;以“复法大方”为组方特色,以“巧用虫药”为用药特色,用药精当,力专效宏,收效颇丰。Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant cancers in clinic.Professor PEI Zhengxue believes that although the symptoms of gastric cancer patients are different,the pathogenesis is always excess resulted from deficiency,the vital Qi(气)deficiency,pathogenic Qi attacking.Professor PEI takes“Western diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation”as the diagnosis mode,endows the dynamic attribute for syndrome differentiation and treatment,and truly achieves the combination of disease and syndrome,as well as the combination of moment and timer shaft.Taking“besieging a stronghold in order to strike at the reinforcement”as the guiding ideology.Taking“supporting the righteousness and dispelling evil”as the treatment principle,the methods of“invigorating the spleen and the kidney”,“Promoting blood circulation and removing stasis”and“Clearing heat and detoxifying”and“Eliminating phlegm and removing dampness”are used to treat both symptoms and root causes.With the characteristics of“Complex method and generosity”,and the characteristics of“Smart use of insect medicine”,the medicine is precise and effective,and the effect is quite good.
