摘　　要：角药是在中医辨证论治基础上仅用3味药独立成方,以中药气味、性能、七情为原则配伍,意在增强临床疗效。枇杷叶苦降性寒,长于降肺、胃之气,临证上常配伍理气化痰、疏肝解郁、软坚散结类药物构成角药,治疗女性梅核气病、更年期综合征、抑郁症、焦虑状态以及癔证等,临床疗效明显。文章通过总结杨春主任运用枇杷叶常用不同组合治疗梅核气经验,探讨枇杷叶角药配伍应用临床之独特之处。Tripartite-medicine is an independent prescription with only 3 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials.It is based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and selects compatible medicine according to the medicinal flavor,medicinal property,and seven different reciprocal effects,aiming to enhance the clinical efficacy.Pipaye(Folium Eriobotryae)has a bitter taste and cold medicinal property,and has a effect of descension.It is good at lowering Qi(气)of the lung and stomach.Clinically,it is often combined with some medicines to form tripartite-medicine.The medicines for regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,soothing the liver and relieving depression,and softening mass to dissipate stagnation are commonly used in clinical practice.The related prescription can treat female globus hystericus,menopausal syndrome,depression,anxiety,hysteria and so on,with obvious clinical effects.In this article,the unique clinical application of Pipaye-related tripartite-medicine was discussed by summarizing clinical experience of director YANG Chun in treating globus hystericus with different combinations of Pipaye.
