摘　　要：文章通过介绍吴玉泓教授运用葛花解酲汤治疗糖尿病、高血压病、慢性萎缩性胃炎三则病例,总结“酒伤”类疾病的基本病机乃湿盛伤脾。酒湿可寒化或热化,进而寒湿、湿热皆存或交替转化,湿盛蕴结,使脾胃受损,易致气机升降失调。葛花解酲汤是集健脾清湿热,以权衡虚实、清散温化,以同调寒热、疏通气机,以复气机升降之功于一体的治疗“酒伤”疾病的经典名方,通过“散”“燥”“渗”“化”“行”合力除湿,临床不应将其拘泥于治疗酒精性肝病,应该将其灵活应用于各类符合其病机的其他疾病中。In this paper,treating diabetes,hypertension and chronic atrophic gastritis by Professor WU Yuhong with the Gehua Jiecheng decoction(葛花解酲汤)was illustrated to summarize the basic pathogenesis of alcoholic injury diseases is that powerful dampness damages the spleen.Wine dampness can be cold or hot,resulting in the coexist or alternation of cold-dampness and heat-dampness.Then,powerful dampness leads to accumulation of dampness,which damages the spleen and stomach,and easily leads to Qi-movement(气机)disorder.The Gehua Jiecheng decoction is a classic prescription for treating alcoholic injury disease.It can strengthen the spleen,clear away dampness and heat,balance deficiency and excess,regulate cold and heat,and restore Qi(气).It can remove dampness by the methods of dispersing,dryness,infiltration,transformation and movement.It should not be restricted to the treatment of alcoholic liver disease,but should be flexibly applied to treat various other diseases that conform to its pathogenesis.
