摘 要:“和”精神统领的中国传统哲学潜移默化地影响着中国人追求权利的思维方法和行为方式,奠定了迥异于西方的具有中国特色的人权思想的底蕴。作为中国和谐思想的集大成者,张载构建了一套“天人合一”的“和”思想理论体系。本文从“仇必和而解”的辩证思维“、爱必兼爱”的仁爱法则和“为天地立心”的责任伦理三个方面,尝试解读张载“和”思想体系中蕴含的人权智慧,以呈现中国传统和谐思想对于全球人权治理的潜在价值及可能做出的中国贡献。Traditional Chinese philosophy directed by the spirit of“harmony”has imperceptibly influenced the Chinese people’s way of thinking and behavior in pursuit of rights, and laid the foundation of human rights thought with Chinese characteristics that differs from the West. As a master-scholar of traditional Chinese harmonious thought, Zhang Zai constructed a theoretical system of harmonious thought through the concept that“man is an integral part of nature”.This paper attempts to interpret the human rights wisdom contained in Zhang Zai’s“harmony”theory from three aspects: 1) the dialectical thinking of“hatred must be reconciled and solved”;2) the rule that“universal love must contain tolerance”;and 3) the ethics of responsibility“to ordain conscience for Heaven and Earth”. By doing so, this paper explores the potential value and possible contribution of traditional Chinese harmonious thought and its implications for global human rights governance.
