摘　　要：重症肌无力是一种主要由乙酰胆碱受体抗体介导的神经肌肉接头传递障碍的自身免疫性疾病。纯西医治疗该病常出现耐药、无效或病情复发加重及胆碱能危象等,为临床难治疾病。罗铨教授结合多年临床经验,认为导致本病发生的主要病因病机是“脾肾气虚”。治疗上采取健脾之法“升清”,突出益肾宜温柔、切忌刚燥等特色。罗教授提出的治疗本病的思路和方法独特,取得显著的临床疗效。Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease characterized by disturbance of neuromuscular junction transmission mainly mediated by acetylcholine receptor antibody.Drug resistance,ineffectiveness,relapse,getting sicker or cholinergic crisis often occur in the treatment of the disease in mere Western medicine.It is a clinically refractory disease.Professor LUO Quan believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is“Qi(气)deficiency of spleen and kidney”based on years of clinical experience.The purpose of the treatment is to invigorate spleen to ascend essence of water and grain,and nourishing the kidney gently.The ideas and methods proposed by Professor LUO Quan for the treatment of this disease show unique insights,and have gained significant clinical effects.
