摘　　要：外伤性视神经病变是颅脑外伤导致的视功能严重受损。随着社会的发展,该病患者日益增多。本病目前的治疗方案差异较大,疗效差别也较大。罗燕教授从事眼科临床及科研近30年,擅长针灸、中药治疗眼科各类疑难病证,疏肝解郁、活血通络法为罗燕教授依据中医理论基础,结合多年临床经验,总结的治疗外伤性视神经病变的有效方法之一。文章根据罗燕教授对外伤性视神经病变的认识,介绍罗燕教授运用疏肝解郁、活血通络法治疗外伤性视神经病变的经验,以供读者参考。Traumatic optic neuropathy is a severe impairment of visual function caused by traumatic brain injury. With the development of society, the number of patients with the disease is increasing. The current treatment schemes for the disease are quite different, and the curative effects are also quite different. Professor LUO Yan has been engaged in ophthalmic clinical and scientific research for nearly 30 years, and is good at treating various difficult ophthalmic diseases by acupuncture plus TCM medicine. The soothing liver to relieve depression and activating blood to dredge collaterals method is one of the effective methods for traumatic optic neuropathy summarized by Professor LUO Yan based on TCM basic theory and many years of clinical experience. Based on Professor LUO Yan’s understanding on traumatic optic neuropathy, the professor’s experience in treating traumatic optic neuropathy by the soothing liver to relieve depression and activating blood to dredge collaterals method was introduced in this paper for more reference.
