摘 要:为了筛选适合宁夏地区晚熟西瓜嫁接育苗的适宜穴盘规格,该试验以白籽南瓜为砧木,以金城五号西瓜为接穗,研究不同规格穴盘对嫁接西瓜幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明,穴盘孔径过小会造成植株之间相互遮盖导致徒长;穴盘孔径对植株的健壮程度影响显著,50孔处理下嫁接幼苗健壮程度最强;根系活力方面,随着穴盘孔径数量的增大,植株根系活力减弱,50孔、66孔、72孔处理的嫁接幼苗根系活力均处于较高水平,而84孔、98孔处理的嫁接幼苗根系活力显著低于前者。随着孔数的增加,地上及地下部干物质质量均呈现下降趋势;叶绿素含量降低,电导率及丙二醛含量随之增加;50孔处理幼苗生长良好,体内SOD活性处于较低水平,随着穴盘孔数量增加,幼苗生长受到不同程度影响,SOD活性随之增加。结合经济性分析结果表明,66孔为宁夏晚熟西瓜嫁接育苗适宜的穴盘规格。In order to screen suitable plug specifications for grafting seedling of late-maturing watermelon in Ningxia region,the effects of different plug specifications on growth and physiological indexes of grafted watermelon seedlings were studied with white-seed pumpkin as rootstock and Jincheng No.5 watermelon as scion.The results indicated that too small aperture space of the plug would cause excessive growth between plants.The aperture of the plug could greatly affect the robustness of the plant.The grafted seedlings with 50 holes were the strongest.With the increase of the number of holes,the root activity of plants would decrease.The grafted seedlings with 50,66 and 72 holes were at high levels of root activities,while those of 84 and 98 holes had lower levels.With the increase of the number of holes,aboveground and underground dry matter accumulation showed a downward trend.The content of chlorophyll decreased,and the contents of conductivity and malondialdehyde increased.The seedlings with 50 holes grew well,and the SOD activity was at a low level within the plant.With the increase of the number of plug holes,the growth of seedlings was affected to varying degrees,and the SOD activity also increased.The comprehensive economic analysis showed that the plug with 66 holes was suitable for grafting seedlings of late-maturing watermelon in Ningxia.
