摘　　要：马克思的资本权力思想深刻地揭示了资本的权力本质以及宰制本性,这为科学理解和妥善处理资本权力以重要启迪。为建构更高层次的权力架构与文明形态,不仅要利用资本强大的资源配置能力发展生产力,为理想社会奠定根基;还要充分认识到其“以资本为中心”的支配本性,从而有效遏制和制约资本权力对社会各领域的腐蚀和冲击,保证其在符合中华民族根本利益范围内运作;另一方面,也要以超越的态度对待资本权力,使其朝着有利于社会主义和共产主义的方向转变,最终促成资本权力的自我扬弃。Marx’s thought of capital power profoundly reveals the power nature and dominating nature of cap-ital,which is an important enlightenment for scientific understanding and proper handling of capital power.In or-der to construct a higher level of power structure and civilized form,we should not only make use of the powerful resource allocation ability of capital to develop productivity and lay the foundation for an ideal society,but also ful-ly realize its dominating nature of“taking capital as the center”,so as to effectively contain and restrict the corrup-tion and impact of capital power on all fields of society and ensure its operation within the scope of conforming to the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation;on the other hand,we should treat capital power with a transcen-dental attitude so as to make it change in the direction conducive to socialism and communism and finally promote the self-sublation of capital power.
