桃PpLAC基因家族的鉴定与分析

摘　　要：为了对桃PpLAC基因家族的功能进行深入研究,本研究利用生物信息学方法对桃PpLAC基因家族进行鉴定,并对其家族成员的理化性质,基因结构,保守基序,染色体定位等进行分析。结果表明,在桃中共鉴定到54个PpLAC基因家族成员,编码氨基酸在367~1559,分子量大小在40.26~175.15 kD,不稳定系数为27.92~42.56,等电点为4.95~9.85,脂肪族氨基酸指数为75.59~93.87,亲水性为-0.373~-0.027,表明Pp LAC基因家族成员均为亲水性蛋白。亚细胞定位预测结果表明60%以上的PpLAC蛋白定位在细胞外。Pp LAC基因不均匀的分布在8条染色体上。系统进化树分析将PpLAC基因家族分成6组(G1~G6),并预测不同组成员与木质素及细胞壁合成(G2组)、生物胁迫及植物开花时间(G3组)和响应ABA信号(G5组)可能存在着重要的关系,这一结果为更好的研究桃PpLAC基因功能提供了理论依据。In order to understand the function and phylogenetic relationship of the peach PpLAC gene family,bioinformatics method were used to identify the PpLAC gene family in peach,and the physicochemical properties,gene structure,conservative structure and chromosome location of the family members were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 54 PpLAC members were identified in peach.The length of the amino acid sequence encoding the protein was between 367~1559,the molecular weight was between 40.26~175.15 kD,the instability index was 27.92~42.56,the pI was 4.95~9.85,the aliphatic index was 75.59~93.87,the grand average of hydropathicity was-0.373~-0.027,indicated that all PpLAC gene family members were hydrophilic proteins.Cello predicted that more than 60%of the PpLAC proteins were located in extracellular.Phylogenetic analysis divided the PpLAC gene family into six groups(G1~G6),and predicted that the members might be related to lignin and cell wall synthesis(G2),biological stress and plant flowering time(G3),response to ABA signal(G5),respectively,these results provides a theoretical basis for further research on the function of peach PpLAC genes.
